Pavel Belik

Vice President for Corporate Security

Pavel Belik was appointed Vice President for Corporate Security in October 2005. He joined MTS in February 2005 as Director of the Security Department of Macro-region Moscow.

From 1992 to 2004, Mr. Belik served for the intelligence service of the Russian Federation and in the Department of Internal Security of the Russian Federal Security Service.

In 1999, Mr. Belik graduated from the Academy of the Russian Federal Security Service as a lawyer. In 1987, he graduated from the High Military College of Kalinin, specializing in the operation of radio-relay and tropospheric communication systems.
