Yury Gromakov

Vice President for Technology Development

Yury Gromakov joined MTS in 1994.

Prior to that, from 1973, Mr. Gromakov worked at various telecommunications enterprises.

Mr. Gromakov received many state awards in science and technology. He is also a member of governing bodies of the 3G Association, the Russian GSM Association and serves as the Vice President of the Russian National Radio Association. Mr. Gromakov is a member of the International Academy of Communications and the International Academy of Information Sciences and Technology.
