MTS, in partnership with Wi-Fi provider “MaximaTelecom”, have signed a strategic agreement, by which the companies will install femtocells in Moscow metro wagons by the end of Q1 2017. These base stations will be integrated to MaximaTelecom’s existing infrastructure and will enable metro passengers to use high-quality voice and data services in the Moscow metro on the 3G standard.
