Aleksander Bogatyrev

Vice President for Network and Information Technology since July 2008. Member of the supervisory board of Business unit MTS Ukraine.

In 2006 appointed advisor to the Vice President for Network and Information Technology. Between 2004 and 2006, Mr. Bogatyrev was the technical director at ROSNO. From 1999 to 2004, he worked in Israel in a number of key positions in logistics and software development.
