Sergey Nikonov

Sergey Nikonov came to MTS in July 2006. Prior to joining MTS Mr. Nikonov worked as Deputy Director of OJSC «Power Machines», where he was supervising HR and administrative activity.

From 2003 to 2005 he was the Deputy Director of ROSNO, where he headed the HR-department and administrative activity and internal control From 1992 for ten years he worked for Federal tax police, where occupied a range of positions.

Sergey Nikonov was born in 1960. He graduated the Military Institute of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation as a military interpreter.
