Raspopov Оleg

Oleg Raspopov was born in 1966. In 2003 he graduated the Federal Tax Police Academy specializing on the law, in 2006 he also graduated the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation as an economist.

From 2001 to 2002 he occupied a position of a lawyer in «Gazpromenergoservice». From 2002 to 2004 he was an Advisor of the CFO in RAO "UES of Russia" and the member of the Board of Directors of several companies, affiliated with RAO “UES of Russia”, such as “Ren-TV”, LEADER Insurance Co. In 2004 he created and then headed an insurance broker “Energoprotection”.

In June of 2006 Oleg Raspopov was invited to “Mobile TeleSystems” as Head of Department of Extra Input Management. In May 2007 he was appointed acting Vice-President, Director of Business-Unit “MTS- Foreign Subsidiaries”, from January 2008 he is Vice-President, Director of Business-Unit “MTS- Foreign Subsidiaries”.
